This means most employees and contingency workers will only need to remember their Okta password.

Multi-factor Authentication (MFA)BridgeBio requires the use of MFA. This ensures that in the unfortunate event that your password is leaked, only you can verify that it is really you that is attempting to log in. Click "Setup" under the MFA method you'd like to use. Okta VerifyOkta Verify is an app that you can install on your phone. This allows you to use the app to tap a button to authenticate and confirm that a sign-in attempt is you. SMS AuthenticationThis allows you to input a mobile phone number that a verification code is sent to when you're signing in. Entering this code into your sign-in screen will authenticate and confirm that a sign-in attempt is you.
We strongly recommend setting up both SMS and Okta Verify. IT would be happy to assist if you need help.
Note about Security Question: BridgeBio IT will be retiring this option soon due to security concerns, so please avoid using security question as one of your methods.
